To gain maximum value out of coaching, you would agree to hold the coaching relationship as a serious commitment and intend to follow through on anything you commit to doing between sessions. Understand that the accountability and success of the program lies within you and your commitment level. Most Stop Talk Coaching programs require an initial commitment of three months, and is month-to-month thereafter. Most coaching takes place on the telephone during regular scheduled sessions each week.

In order to support clients in their commitment process, I bill at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
